Service Overview
Most custom homes fail at the seam between design and construction, where a drawing meets a price and someone quietly changes the answer. We remove the seam. The same team that draws the house prices it, programmes it and stands on site while it is built.
Design Philosophy
A custom home should be specific to a family and a plot, not to a style. We start with how you actually live — who cooks, who works from home, where the noise is — and let the plan follow from that.

Who We Serve
Families building the house they intend to grow old in, and owners who have bought a plot and want one contract rather than five. Most of our clients have never built before, so the process is designed to be explainable at every stage.
Key Features & Innovations
Feasibility and budget test before design begins
One contract covering design and construction
Fixed cost plan split by trade, not per square metre
Named contingency held and reported monthly
Weekly site presence throughout the build
Structure and services coordinated before ground is broken
Snagging closed out before handover, not after
Twelve-month defects review included

Outcome & Client Experience
Ninety-four per cent of our homes hand over on the date agreed at contract. The remaining six per cent were late for reasons we told the client about months in advance.
